14hh-15hh confidence giving pony/cob/horse for nervous adult rider.
I’m looking for an angelic equine to help me overcome a confidence crisis! The ideal horse would be:
• 100% bombproof
• Excellent in traffic (including large lorries and tractors)
• Safe and steady in open spaces/large fields
• Calm and well behaved at fun rides
• Snaffle mouthed
• Able to hack alone or in company
• Good to load
• Not a bucker, rearer or bolter
The horse would be used for hacking, schooling and occasional fun rides. I have been riding since I was a child and own an old cob gelding (I’ve owned him for the last 15 years) who is now retired following colic surgery in March. I can offer the right horse an excellent, loving home! The horse would be kept at Georgina Dickinson’s yard at Canon Pyon.
If you know of a horse that would be suitable, please contact Wendy Lewis on 07759 364212 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thanks to Sue Hewitt, Sue Keatley, Janice Rees and Jane Allcoat we did really well at the quiz on Friday night finishing 4th! Thank you to them…
The final position in the Mercian leader board for VOARC was 9th with 52 points overall this season but it was really close in the middle the teams above us only had 4 – 6 points more… so well done and thank you to everyone who has helped or taken part this year.
